Karen Wise qualified with a Master’s Degree in Coaching in 2011 and follows a coaching model grounded in established psychological approaches and targeted at well-being and performance in work and personal life. We have also delivered individual coaching programmes that help women determine their next career steps and negotiate difficult decisions.
